Photorealistic Images of a property development scheme

Seeking a skilled designer to produce high-resolution, photorealistic CGI images for a property development scheme. Deliverables: three variants with approximately 2–4 images each (total ~9–11 images). Two variants are highly similar, with over 80% shared imagery. Images must be meticulously detailed, realistic in lighting, materials, and context, suitable for marketing and planning presentations. Experience in architectural visualization and proven portfolio required. High-quality, print-ready files expected.
