We need an image enhanced so that we can see who was driving a car when it was caught speeding. It isnt a great image and we cant tell if it was male or female.

    Hi Joe, It's a male - you can see from the hands and shape of bald head... but it is too pixellated to work on to retrieve any real facial information.
