Hi
We were building a house for us to live in, however due to the budgets running out of control we are going to be forced to sell it.
We have a construction company which was building the house and then was going to charge myself as an individual for the building works. However now that we are having to sell it, we think the VAT might be different and also possibly CGT might apply.
We need an accountant to file our VAT Returns for us and deal with the CGT Returns if applicable.
