Photo editing large quantities of same style images

Hi Im looking for quotes for editing, 500 to 2000 images per week from March to June. They are all the same style and shot on white backgrounds of individuals. They will need to be cropped and levels checked and balanced, floor to be cleaned up in approx. 1/3 of shots. Looking for the best quality, turnaround time and also a fair price. Test images will be supplied and paid for if requested before a decision is made.
