Photo editing in Adobe photoshop

I have a few jobs I require doing involving editing a logo and a few photos.

I would like the font of the word 'Award' altered in the logo and '2016' added beneath. I would then also like the outter green ring removed. I would also like the logo produced in a white vector so i can lay it over images/ colour.

I would like the same done but with '2015'.

I would then also like two images cropped and produced in #00a5eg - will send over separately as files are large
