PDF file conversion to JPG using Photoshop

I will provide the freelancer with a .TXT file containing a list of URLs (web links). Each link points to an Adobe PDF file. The file will be downloaded or opened with Photoshop. Each image will then be converted from black and white to grayscale, despeckled, then resized (as per my maximum width and height dimensions), despeckled again, then saved to a JPEG file on the freelancer's local hard drive. The image quality will be adjusted so that the file size is under a specified maximum byte size. The JPEGs will then be transferred to the web so that I may download them. The transfer may be done via FTP, or Google Drive, or Dropbox.

When applying for this job, please specify how many PDF files you will convert and upload for the sum of $50. As to how many PDFs I need converted...this number is undetermined but will most likely be in the hundreds.
