Merge/Retouch 9 Photos of Real Estate

We have 9 shots of interior hotel rooms that need to look like attached. Below is the url of all the pics. The job requires merging all the different exposures, color correcting, correcting lens distortion, leveling the shot, touching up the room - removing unwanted items in the room like wires under desks, smoothing out wrinkles in bed, put nice screen on TV, adding some items - for example there is a shot that needs to put pictures on the walls - the pictures were taken separately and need to be put on the kitchen wall. We have posted a past project like this before and there seemed to be some confusion on what we were after so please email any questions. We do this frequently so are looking for a good partner.
