Logo illustration

I have a scan of a client logo - the style of the original is pretty funky, but my client loves the basic look. So, I want to re-illustrate the idea and make it look impressive and beautiful - keeping all the same basic shapes, but smoothing out the curves on the shapes to make the image look refined. The burgandy art Deco shape perhaps sculpted out of a burgandy marble or stone, the rectangular frame in sculpted gold, the inside of the frame probably a tan canvas texture - the font probably a sculpted gold or sculpted burgandy to match the curly element - if the font can be matched, great - some options on the font that stay in the same spirit of the design but are more current and sophisticated would be great. Final rendering in reasonably hi-rez with each major section on separate layer - this can be PSD, an .ai or a 3D rendering. Some creative interpretation needs to be supplied by the artist.
