Experience Level: Entry
I'm in need of a motion graphics designer who can animate a static image. The static image is a map with 3 areas. I need the 3 areas to be highlighted with animation. Minimal text will be added to each animated area. Two versions required, one for desktop and one mobile. Between 10 and 12 seconds, 10mb or smaller.
