I need high end retouching & fast turn around time

I really don't want to waste time running through proposals.
I just need someone who is VERY good at skin retouching, removing blemishes, stray hair fixing, retouching eyes, retouching lips & teeth, color correction, blur background, removing unwanted objects or changing background, dodge and burn and most importantly can achieve a look similar to the SAMPLE image I have attached below.

I will send one or two sample images that I am happy to pay for for a quick edit to see if you can achieve my look.
If all is well, I need 37 photos retouched as fast as possible :)
