I need fashion photos retouched and edited

Hi all,

My name is Nigel and I'm looking for help to retouch photos for a campaign my brand are working on. We have 47 images for a creative photo campaign, 11 of which do not contain people.

We tend to keep things simple and aim for a natural look. So it's more a case of removing imperfections, enhancing the individual and making the background a consistent shade and tone.

Many of the photos are of people holding hand written signs and we would like those to be as clear as possible as well. At the end we would need high resolution jpg images, 3000px on the longest side.

I have attached a photo from the 47 (person holding a sign), as well as a reference photo from our shop (kids photo) and a reference photo showing the kind of background we would like each photo to have.
