I need an image adding to create the back page on a KDP

I need someone very familiar with Kindle Direct Publishing. I have an image that needs to be inserted into another image - the two together will make up the front & back pages of a book to be published on KDP.

You must understand the technical requirements of KDP. You must also be willing to do various revisions of the task until a perfect version is created

The ATD Back cover needs resizing to fit within the blank space of the ATD paperback cover. Sufficient space needs to be created for a bar code on the bottom right had of the back page. Once merged the final image must be the exact measurements required for the Kindle Direct Publishing app. This may require some tweaking to get the right final version.
