I need a white background putting onto one jewellery image

Hello,

I have a jewellery product image that I need a white background putting into. I also need the earring to be 'doubled up' so that the single earring will be a pair of earrings.

I need one image doing only

I have had this done before (as attached) but I need it to be done again for a high res image.

This needs to be done to a high standard

I need this to be completed by Sunday 8th
