Help with Word advanced formatting

My 255-page self-published book is now back in Word 2016. It was originally published in 2013. I have gone through it to update some content (staying within the 10% change to keep the same ISBN) and to dedicate it to one of my mentors who recently passed. Right now, it needs new page headers and numbers, index and notes coordination. I have not been able to teach myself these advanced skills.
Ideally, I would love to screen share with a tutor while I learn these skills.
