I am hoping to find a Graphic Designer to edit a Photo Image so the Shoes, Dress and Hair remain unedited but the Face, Neck, Arms, Hands and Legs are edited to a silhouette in white with a shaded border (similar to the image attached).

Please Note: Final image should be suitable for Printed Image size 6"X 4" small Postcard.
