Flyer Designer For Small Events Company

To whom it may concern,

Due to the flooding in India, our long time flyer collaborator has unfortunately lost the technology capabilities to be able to design flyers. After sending a gift due to the unfortunate circumstance he found himself in, due to it being an ongoing issue and as our events grow in size and scale, we are now looking for a talented digital artist who can design flyers for a range of events with a creative eye to make them as engaging as possible.

As the organisation grows, we will be looking for someone to help design video's for the up and coming talent we work with to use in their marketing campaigns.

We are focused on scale and price is absolutely the driving factor beside who we choose to work with, with the price per flyer being as low as possible with the promise of lots of flyer per project to top up the income and a lot of the flyers are very similar in design to each other meaning once the main design for the flyer has been finalised, the customised artist flyers they use to promote the event is largely copy and pasted based around the artists individual photo's all fitting in the same template, meaning lots of flyers can be produced quickly, helping to reduce the amount of time needed to develop them.

We are a small organisation but growing quickly. I have for reference attached one of the main flyers and the artist flyers from a previous event that we used so you can see the quality/style and strategy to give more insight into what we are looking to achieve.

However, please head over to the website where the last event is still loaded. As you will see, there is a 'main flyer' for each event, and then each artist has their own individual flyers, that are customised based around each individual photo they send.

However, a lot of it is copy and paste as it's in a template and you just change the photo, so it can be done very quickly and easily once the first one has been completed and approved.

The events are growing in size and frequency, so it's very much a job based on scale but also someone who likes the creativity of this element of the project. In the future it would be great to do short video adverts when the events increase in size to larger venue's, at the moment, it's small venue's and we work to tight margins so the focus on low cost, high quality and scale but copy and paste where possible so it keeps it as easy as possible for the designers.
