I rarely leave negative feedback, but unfortunately this experience has left me no choice. Despite multiple requests, the freelancer did not provide the files I specifically asked for. I was only given a limited time window to download them, and when that expired, I no longer had access. Even after several follow-ups over a few weeks, there was no proper response until I mentioned that I would leave feedback.

The final reply I received was dismissive and unprofessional, suggesting that I didn’t need the formats I had clearly requested from the start. It’s not for the freelancer to decide what I do or don’t need, especially when the project requirements were stated upfront.

This was a very small job and not a large amount of money, but the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue has forced me to leave a negative review.
