Edit a photo very realistically

I need a photo edited. I have tried using image to image AI but it can't do it, the results are not acceptable. I think this will need maybe either a combination of photoshop and AI or maybe even just manually doing in photoshop with no AI.
It should be quite simple but I'm not getting the result I need. There are no people in the photo, it is of some windows and I just need a piece of timber added to the photo but it needs to look authentic, not a really bright and obviously fake new piece of timber.
