Create a 2/3 minute tutorial video of how to fill in on-line application

I'm looking for someone to create a video tutorial to show the user how to complete a form on a Facebook app. So It will consist of:

Typing the domain
Logging in to FB
Clicking like and filling in the form and submitting.

Few examples of what I mean:
1. http://www.123-reg.co.uk/support//videos/123reg/set-up-outlook-2007.html

2. Like the video attached with intro like the first 10sec of the people per hour video on the home page.

At the moment i don't need voice over but if you can offer that two please let me know.
