Convert images of white gold rings into yellow gold

We have a large database of white gold / silver images that we need converting into yellow gold with a realistic yellow gold colour.
This project is just for 10 items. Some images are on white background and some are on grey. We will need you to change only the image of the item and leave the background as it is. The colour of the stones must remain realistic to the original image and should not be enhanced unless necessary.
