Amazon Book cover

This is really quite simple and I'm willing to pay an appropriate amount. I have written a novel. I have already used a free lance designer to design the hardback book cover. I'm trying to use Amazon to publish the book. The art was not sized properly by the prior designer. I need a designer to take the art and size it to fit my book. (I can guide you to the correct page on amazon showing all the required specs.). I need to upload a pdf of the art into Amazon.
