YouTube Video Editor for Business Documentary Channel

I'm launching a new faceless YouTube channel focused on business documentaries, and I'm looking for a talented video editor.

Style Inspiration: MagnatesMedia, James Jani, Vox, fern.

I'll be honest, I don't have a crystal-clear vision for the exact editing style yet, and I'm working with a startup budget. What I'm looking for is someone who's excited to experiment, learn, and develop our unique style together as we build this channel from the ground up.

What You'll Be Editing:
Video Length: ~20-25 minutes per video
Format: Faceless documentary style

What I'm Looking For:
- Someone committed to a long-term partnership, not just a one-off project
- A collaborative mindset - willing to experiment and iterate as we find our voice
- Strong storytelling instincts through editing
- Ability to create engaging content with motion graphics and visual effects
- Good English skills (for understanding scripts and creating text overlays)

Budget & Compensation
Base Rate: Up to $200 per video
Bonus Structure: Performance bonuses for viral videos (we'll agree on specific view thresholds together)
