YouTube Video Editor for 10 to 20 Minute Videos

I’m looking for a reliable, high-quality video editor to join me long-term on my YouTube channel. The videos are 10–20 minutes, talking head format, and focused on business, mindset, and personal growth.

You must understand YouTube pacing, retention tactics (hooks, pattern interrupts, overlays), and be able to turn raw footage into something clean, engaging, and ready to publish.

This role is not for beginners. I’m only interested in editors who take pride in their work, understand storytelling, and can work independently with minimal revision.

2.Your task is to edit just the first 60 seconds - add your unique editing style as if you were making this for real and wanting your own youtube channel to succeed.
3.Upload your edit to a Google Drive folder or unlisted YouTube link and attach to your proposal.
4.Include the word “Focus” at the top of your message and send the link with your portfolio.
