Youtube Channel/Video Editor

Hello,

I have just started a new business which I am hoping to use to change the world for the better.

I am a rather gifted people person who can conduct interesting or funny conversations as well as offer a personality that can be used to achieve a high level of viewers. I am hoping to create a new kind of product selling business where I can promote a message of being happy, or laughing at life's troubles and challenges as well as doing things to help charities, the communities, small businesses the people. Even though I am a small business, I still want to set a precedent for other businesses of giving lots back and in turn, find success via people wanting to support the good we can do for society. My background is Cheese and that is the main product I will be selling. However my marketing strategy is nearly unrelatable to Cheese. There is so much to explain but if you can get a rough idea of what my aim as a business is from this then you will understand further on explanation.

I need someone who is creative and can come to me with ideas to bounce off mine. I need videos to be slick and quick cut in order to maintain interest throughout. I have a 24 minute video that I need to be edited into 3 or 4 minutes. I also need someone who understands the dynamics of Youtube. What will work and what won't. What will be well received and what could be seen as brash and over too over the top.

I am hoping to create a full media channel as a marketing drive for my business. I will hopefully go on to selling lots of different products from smaller businesses and give those small businesses a big reach via media streams on the internet.
