Video Editor — short-form social content (ongoing retainer)

About the brand
Kozlovski is a classic menswear brand. The content we produce is educational, considered, and stylistically rooted. We are not a fast-fashion or streetwear brand. The tone is serious, intentional, and slightly exclusive.

What the job is
3 short-form reels/TikToks per week (approximately 12–13 videos per month), on an ongoing retainer basis.

Every video is fully scripted — you will receive a written script alongside the raw footage. No creative direction ambiguity.

Vertical 9:16 format, 30–90 seconds per video. Footage shot on DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in D-Log M colour profile.

This is a long-term, recurring arrangement — we are not looking for one-off help. Consistency and reliability matter more than flash.

What we need from each video
Colour correction

D-Log M grade to a clean, warm, natural look. No heavy filters or cinematic LUTs.

Captions/subtitles

Styled, on-brand. No auto-generated caption dumps. Clean font, correct placement.

Music sync

Where relevant. Royalty-free tracks only. Must complement the tone — no generic upbeat filler.

Pacing and cuts

Clean and deliberate. The brand is not hyperactive. No jump-cut overload.

Requirements
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. CapCut-only editors will not be considered.

Portfolio or examples of short-form content you have edited (not filmed — editing work specifically).

Ability to grade D-Log M footage to a natural, clean result.

Available for a consistent weekly workflow — this is not project work, it is ongoing.

Clear, prompt communication in English. Response time matters as much as edit quality.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a paid test edit before any commitment is made. You will receive a short clip of raw footage and a script, and will produce one finished reel. Do not apply if you are not open to this.

Budget
£150/month for approximately 12–13 videos. This is a starting-out brand with a tight budget — we are honest about that. In return, you get consistent work, a clear brief every time, and a brand that is worth being associated with as it grows. Rate is open to discussion for the right person.
