Produce 1-2 minute animation movies

I am looking for a graphics designer who can make several short animation movies- they will be used as eye-catchers for magazine articles on the interaction between science and politics. We´ll make the script and voiceover, so all graphics aspects are on your side. All movies following a consistent style should be recognisable from the same series. An example of a somewhat longer movie which uses a style we could imagine:
