Motion Graphics to animate artwork

I'm looking to collaborate on a motion graphics project to animate the attached artwork.

The animation:
The individual round shapes from the artwork will appear - one-by-one - at the top of the frame. More will appear, faster and faster, flowing down and around either side of the shape until the entire artwork is revealed.

We will then pull 2-3 close ups of the motion graphics and cut them together to get the final animation film. Approximately 12 seconds in 4K.

The artwork will be available as an Illustrator file and I'd like this completed in After Effects. Please provide me with examples of motion graphics work that you've completed and your hourly rate as there may be revisions.
