Long-term Editor for YouTube Videos. Ideally DaVinci Resolve 17.

Hello :)

I'm Izzy, a final year medical student at Cambridge University. I'm looking for a video editor for YouTube videos to ideally build a long-term working relationship with. I have a YouTube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/c/IzzySealey ), and aim to make around 1 video per week on a range of topics - including vlogs (day-in-the-life, study, travel, life as a medical student e.g. https://youtu.be/RQpoX9cReJU ), learning languages (e.g. Mandarin learning https://youtu.be/GJUl9pE6SIo ), self-development, health & wellbeing, and sometimes singing covers.

I hope to build a collaborative creative relationship with you, and work together to create great videos that we're both proud of and will look great in your portfolio!

I can supply the video files via a OneDrive link (including A-roll and B-roll), and I need a hand with editing it into the final product. I'd prefer DaVinci Resolve 17, as that's what I've been using, so we'd be able to collaborate with sharing resources/presets and I'd also be able to make any final tweaks if necessary.

For vlogs, I'll supply you with a storyboard, voiceover, and the relevant footage. Editing would consist of cutting it together, selecting great looking and engaging footage to tell the story, creating a hook (at the start of video), and adding music.
For talking head videos, I'll supply you with the A-roll, basic script, and B-roll. Editing would ideally be quite a clean and elegant style - with B-roll, title transitions, occasional text/emojis/transitions/sound effects/zoom-ins.
For all my videos I do a simple colour grade (I can send you my presets), and then just adjust audio levels.
