Hannah (who was the person doing the work, not Anique, is a very good communicator with timely responses and a positive attitude. My real problem is, the work was not done to specification and I ended up having to do it myself, which was a complete waste of everyone's time. Ultimately, they did not do what they agreed to and, even the parts that were done were not usable because the automated video editing chopped off important parts of the speakers at the beginning and end of each speaking segment.
