I need a long-term editor for my YouTube videos

I’ve recently started a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyl8Y4nT2cWO1uRoWV-UtOA).

I aim to make 1 video per week.

My videos are targeted at MBA students and cover topics like study skills/techniques, job search and interview skills, productivity, public speaking and career progression.

I work full time so find it tough to have enough time for idea generation, writing, filming as well as editing.
I’m looking for someone to help with the editing side of things. I can supply the video files and external audio and I’m searching for someone to help edit them into a final product. By the way, just to show that you’ve read this job description, I’d like you to start your response with the word dinosaur. I know it sounds strange but details are going to be important and this is a way I can know if someone has read this in detail.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who uses Premiere Pro since that is the program I’ve been learning so I’d be able to make final changes to the project before exporting it. There will be some integration of screen recording since I'll also be doing Excel, Notion and other software how-to videos.
