I need a 2 minute digital animated video, sent via whatsapp

I need someone who can create a digital animated video which will be around 2 minutes long and include 4-6 slides.
This video will include:
- hd clarity
- background image
- decorative border
- music
- text on each slide (this will need to be in English and Punjabi language)
- 2-3 digital illustration (these will need to be created using real images; images of myself, objects, a place)
