- What kind of tone are you envisioning — slow-burn suspense with eerie pacing, or fast-paced storytelling like MrBallen or Coffeehouse Crime?

- Do you already have a scriptwriter and voiceover artist on board, or are you looking for someone who can help with end-to-end production — including b-roll sourcing, audio mixing, and motion graphics?

- What age range are we targeting — early learners (3–6) or older kids (7–10)? This can really affect the color scheme, pacing, and animation style.

- Are you planning to optimize for YouTube SEO and retention analytics (like watch time, AVD, CTR) — or is this more of a passion channel for now?
