Create a 15-30 second video for social media usage w/ Storyboard

My name is Esa from Committee-app.com

We are a new startup looking to launch our app in a couple of months and are looking to create a video which highlights the unique benefits of our app. Our app is financial digitisation of a common saving practice in all parts of the world known as ROSCAs. Other parts of the world call it Chit Funds, Committee, Esusu, Pardna Ajo, Gammeya, Visi, Gün, Tanda and many more.

We have provided a storyboard attached outlining the story of the ad and the inspiration for each transition in each scene. It would be great if you knew what a Committee/ROSCA is as you will be in a better position to help us promote this.

We are not video experts so any advice on how to create this would be helpful but we would like this created quickly.
