Hello! I'm looking for a video editor for regular YouTube content in English. i need a candidate who:
1. Experienced with editing YouTube videos in English (not TikTok or Reels, but full-length videos of 5–15 minutes). 2. Understand of the YouTube format: structure, intro/outro, subtitles, engaging hook, pacing, music, titles, etc.
3. It's important that the editing looks professional — not cheap, not overloaded with effects — with a sense of aesthetics and a good understanding of the audience.
