Update, revamp, existing website.

I have an existing company website which is the most basic. I need a complete window dressing exercise done. I require things like scrolling market news, carbon calulator. images fading in out etc. my competitors are www.lakewoodam.co.uk and www.capital alternatives.co.uk. these are two much larger companies than myself but i need to at least get close to what they have...... I will of course provide more content.
