Description
Experience Level: Expert
We're looking for a translator to translate 4,000-4,500 words from English to Spanish (Spain). The text is a set of creative writing prompts and instructions. We need a translator who has some experience of literary texts and creative writing terms. The text needs to be easy and fun to read - it's not heavy literature!!
The text is from our series of Writing Maps, creative writing guides for writers, which you can see here: https://writingmaps.com/
If you're interested in the job, please send us a link to some of your work, or, if you like, you can translate the following brief text from one of our Writing Maps:
Write about nature in your neighbourhood. Things that grow through the cracks in the pavement, in people's gardens, on their windowsills. Notice the trees and name them. Write about your neighbourhood's ecosystem and the people who maintain it: the tree-surgeons, the people who sweep up the leaves, unblock the drains, mow the lawns in the park.
Thanks.
