I need someone to :
Restore the site. broken by a simple error
Train me on how to post new blog articles. not difficult
Automate a matching process where 7 members with a common interest are formed into one group and sent automatic emails giving them a group ID number.
You may be able to find an existing plug-in to do the job or you may need to develop a web app/plug-in from scratch. You will need to be an experienced PHP developer or similar.
