Wordpress workshop booking setup with online payment

I need a simple and reliable booking system added to my WordPress website for pottery workshops.
My studio is located in Corfe Mullen, Dorset, UK.
Customers should be able to:
• see available workshop dates
• choose number of seats (2–4 participants per session)
• book and pay online
• receive confirmation email
Workshops offered:
• Mini Fairy Cup Workshop (1.5–2h)
• Petal by Petal Fairy Cup Workshop (2.5–3h)
• Mother & Daughter Fairy Cup Workshop
• Fairy Cup + Glazing Experience
Requirements:
• install and configure booking plugin (Amelia or similar)
• connect Stripe or PayPal payments
• calendar view for available dates
• automatic confirmation email
Important:
• maximum 4 seats per workshop
• customers must be able to book multiple seats
