Wordpress Woocommerece website fixes

I need a Wordpress expert who knows their way around CSS very well to do some minor edits on our company's existing website.
Things like adding a footer background and other small minor fixes. Below i've listed the issues.

Footer
-Unable to place a background image

Spacing &Sizing
-Random white empty spacing along a lot of site. e.g. Home page products and Instgaram Reel.
-Shop page where there is random blank spaces between products.
-Size of breadcrumbs: want to decrease the height of breadcrumb frame as not to take up a lot of vertical space on pages.

Checkout
-Card Logo sizes
-Payment infomation not shwoing up.
