Wordpress / woocommerce template change, and site overhaul.

The project is to update the wordpress template on our website [www.4qd.co.uk] to the Generatepress template. The current template is outdated and unsupported.
The primary aim of this project is to give a solid technical foundation to our website, with good page speeds, SEO and mobile usability.
We are looking for a developer with strong technical skills, who must be expert on page speed, mobile and seo practices.
A description of the required changes is attached.
The timescale for completion is 1-2 months, our estimate is around £1000 but can be flexible on this for the right proposal.
We are not looking for proposals for brand new websites, or using templates other than Generatepress. We are looking for a developer who can work collaboratively with us to migrate our existing site.
Please respond with a proposal based on the specification and with examples of relevant websites you have developed which show good speed scores and mobile usability.
We are primarily considering UK based developers, as we may be able to get some funding for this project, and will require a formal proposal from the successful applicant to submit with our funding application.
