Wordpress + WHMCS Implementation with Current Website

Description of requirements/features:

we are a software development company. We already have website that is built in MVC (with custom cms).

1 - We want to implement current website template in wordpress (we already like our design - so new wordpress theme should look same with minor exceptions - we can discuss what is achievable)

2 - we want to integrate WHMCS with this wordpress theme. So that we should be able to use all powers of WHMCS in wordpress environment. and sell domain & hosting packages and other products

3 - We normally sell software modules and custom website development. So there should be a way to sell our existing product set (Modules, Themes, invoices etc)

4- complete web design should be responsive. (bootstrap)
Extra services needed: Customization, 3rd party integration

Specific technologies required: wordpress, whmcs, css, bootstrap

Please quote with WHMCS installation and without installation on our server and configuring with ResellerClub Module. Although we have already talked with a freelancer about it but it is good to give complete project to a Person/Company.

To make your work easy i have browse through different templates of wordpress integration with WHMCS and following 2 templates i like most.
