Wordpress website rebuilt as static html pages

I need a developer to take an existing wordpress site and convert it to static html pages - all site functionality must remain (contact forms, etc), and any malicious code (if any exists) needs to be removed from all associated files. Google says there are malicious links within the sites and this means we are unable to run our Google Ads campaigns - so this piece of work needs to be completed within the next 24 hours.
