The current developer is unavailable due to a disagreement, so an urgent freelancer is needed to implement the redesign by Thursday at noon. The project involves updating an existing page layout and content to match the specifications in the attached visual guide. Speedy execution and high quality workmanship are paramount to fulfilling the client's timely needs. Familiarity with WordPress is preferred to seamlessly update one page on an established site per the design blueprint.

    If it is, it will allow a better judgement on comparing the work involved to get it to the state in the image.
    Note: headers and footers are global parts so you need to consider those as they don't seem to be the same in the image.
    (this will make the other pages look out of place.)
