Wordpress website has error and needs improvements

My website front page displays:

All errors need removing on full site.

I also want these improvements:

Temporarily remove counter of those online on front page, Will return in future

Show ip of each post on front page (admins only view)

Admin only can see phone number and NI field on posts

Allow up/down rating on front page

Repair damaged verified thumbnail beside posts

Add additional thumbnal for posts:
Red tick for posts with uploaded supporting document
Yellow X for possible fabrication (no upload, below 150 words, incomplete telephone number 11 digits)
Fire emoji for high view count (above 300)
Posts can have multiple thumbnails
Allow admim to Verify post from front page through check box, rather than just backend

Repair upload function for posts, (200mb max) upto 5 uploads per posts jpeg and pdf only

Set Maximum posts per account per day to 3.
Set Maximum comments per account per day to 10.

On front page:Add row under Subject Matter and Put:
Relevant - Randomized list
Newest
Oldest
Viewed
Rated
Verified

Join Login and Register Together on one page as in modern website

Allow comments to upload upto 3 files (200mb max, jpeg and pdf only)

Repair facebook share
