Wordpress website for small business.

Looking for an experienced wordpress developer to code (and slice too, if possible) a site for a restoration company. About 11-13 pages, with about 7-8 unique layouts between them. Custom entry forms are needed, as well as automatically alternating graphics and custom blog layout. Photoshop files are completed, no design necessary.
