Have you accidentally missed a few 0's off the budget? Because something similar to AirBnB is going to cost you a *lot* more than what you've stated. The Hosting alone might run into the £10000's if you have a lot of customers.
Just trying to help and give advice, as your budget wouldn't cover the simplest of brochure websites realistically.
Do you have a business plan in order to clarify a proper proposal that I may send you?
