Wordpress to HTML, CSS and AMP

We would like our wordpress webiste to convert at HTML, CSS & AMP.

It's one-page website with JavaScript popup booking form we want its cloning as it but in HTML, CSS & AMP, according to W3C Validation.

The purpose of conversion into HTML, CSS & AMP to avoid extra codes & script so that it should load fast in google search result.

The current website it fully optimized according to SEO and it was on 1st place in google search result at the targeted geological cities however since few weeks website shifted to 2nd position.

We even have purchased AMP and HTML template which can help the developer for develop or copy the codes
Our requirements are:
1. AMP website
2. HTML & CSS according to W3C Validation
3. Popup form / other solution for booking but with the same number of form fields and its functions.
4. Integration google map address in form field.
5. Same layout.
