    Your site seem to be loading pretty well despite the heavy use of images and js. This seems to be more of a case of design/technical issues than caching shortcomings.
    Perhaps temper down the graphics a little or convert them to SVG and reduce all the js calls on load...?
    In any case, not a €50 project. Too much work to be done by the developer.
