I need some to fixes my event site so that it sends 3 automated emails when people sign up leading up to an event: https://event.evolvenetworking.co/

The emails need to have downloadable calendar invites and a link to the Zoom meeting link.

I'm looking for someone that I can discuss the project with on a call in the first instance not just send a list of things I need but truly understands what I am trying to achieve.
