Client required me to use the paid tool for this project on AWS and Azure for which I paid from my pocket after creating an account. I trusted his words that he wanted me to continue with the work. After few days he changed his mind for which I'm not liable to refund. Freelancers please avoid to work with him he doesn't have professional ethics and don't value freelancer's time and money both.
